After leaving England in thick snow the 3 lads arrived at the lake to a barmy 14 degrees. The previous week the lake had been frozen solid so the water temperature was still very low which made the fishing very hard. However by the end of the week the water temperature had risen to 12 degrees and the carp started to feed.
